Prices are based on a 32/35 gallon can. Prices above does not include our Fuel Surcharge. Please contact our office for the full price.
Pickup times may very each week. Depending on what your driver needs to do. They can be there at anytime during the day. Please have your cans visible and accessible no later than 8 AM on your day of service.
Here at Raven Valley Refuse we loan our containers, so there is no fee to use our containers or to deliver them. However if a container is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair they are a $100 replacement fee.
Can service is billed quarterly in advance. Payments are due on the 1st of each quarter.
A late fee of $15 is added 5 days after the first of each month.
We do ask that most items be bagged, as it does keep the container cleaner and when it is super windy in areas it is unlikely for refuse to fly out when our drivers are tipping them. It also keeps most animals out of them.
The following items we do not collect with our can service:
No automotive parts such as brakes or rotors.
Extra Trash is anything outside of your container or if the lid does not close. Or overweight cans and bags.
We do collect extras. So please be aware that if an item is next the container we will collect it. If you have large amounts or a bulky item(s) please call the office to make sure your driver can collect it or if we need to send a different driver to collect an item.
Extras are billed at the end of each month.

What is unique about our drivers is that they still get out of their trucks and bring the cans to the tipper instead of an automated arm. Which gives the ability to collect your own containers! Weather that is a 32 gallon can or or 3 of them. They do not need to be specific brand or type.
We can provide front door service. Which we take pride in. So our customers do not have to worry about setting their cans out at the curb. Please contact the office to make sure front door is available for your location.
If you receive a red tag on your can, please note that there is something wrong with your account. Typically for non-payment. Or if the contact information we have is no longer good. Please contact the office to update your account.
