Long Term Dumpster Guidelines

Please contact our office for more information, prices and availability for dumpsters.

Make sure the area is clear of vehicles, plowed and sanded. Raven Refuse will not be responsible for damage caused by refuse falling on vehicles parked too near the dumpster. Return trips needed when dumpster is not accessible / unscheduled or there is extra trash are an added charge. Do not overfill dumpster, lids must close. And an extra fee ($75.00) will be charged for overfull dumpsters. 

• · Construction debris: Such as dirt, granite, tile, flooring or roofing material.
• · No hazardous material: Pesticides, solvents, paints, chemical products or hazardous waste.
• · Large furniture or appliances such as refrigerators or freezers. (They do require a Roll-Off dumpster.  Please visit our construction Dumpster Page. )

If the driver is unable to safely access the dumpster and If a dumpster is inaccessible by a vehicle, equipment, driveway conditions or snow berms and we are unable to collect refuse and we have to go back, it is an extra pickup-fee. Or you may wait for your next scheduled pickup day. 

Dumpster service is billed monthly in advance. Payments are due on the 1st of the month.

A late fee of $15 is added 5 days after the due date.

If you have a locked gate please make sure the office has a code, combination or key so the driver is able to access the dumpster.

Your actual pickup time may very each week. 

Pickup can start as early as 8 AM. Please have any obstacles removed by 7:30 AM.
